Ryker

On April the 2nd little Ryker became part of the Ray clan. We drove to Burnett, TX to pick him up. He's a little stinker, but isn't he cute.

Life is funny sometimes. This is an update to our doggie post. After two months of caring for Zandy we had to make a decision. She was a sweet dog but she wanted to be free. She had never had a home before and it showed. She couldn't get comfortable being in our home. We realized she needed to be free to run and play. We were able to find her a good home with land and other dogs. She is happy being an outside dog, playing with other dogs. We are happy we rescued her, even if it was to give her a different, loving home. The kids learned a great lesson about patience and loving something enough to do what's best for it instead of what's best for yourself!
